African, Caribbean, Mixed Race and Black British Community Groups and individuals working together to achieve joint goals. Shared mission of improving social, economic, health, cultural and educational outcomes of people from Black minority groups of North Hertfordshire.

EQUALITY

Bridging the gap between Black Majority groups and the wider North Hertfordshire community. Providing a platform for the community to thrive through improved partnerships with local government. Building interconnected relationships with the wider community and each other through project working.

REPRESENTATION

Being a visible presence throughout the North Hertfordshire community. Supporting cultural integration within our community. Working jointly, toward the same goals to reduce duplication and promote effective and shared use of resources.

GROWTH

Fostering innovation within local communities by advancing training, education, and personal growth opportunities for individuals, particularly those from African and Caribbean backgrounds. Empowering community professionals to share expertise and provide mentorship, ensuring the success and well-being of local residents.

HERITAGE

Celebrating the cultural diversity of Black Majority groups through storytelling, music, art, dance and spoken word. Sharing the uniqueness of the individual facets of our culture.
